How to reset a room:
- Select the room.
- Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots).
- Hover over and click Reset Room.
- Click Confirm.
Clear Configuration
What it does:
Removes the Course and Scenario from the room, allowing it to be reconfigured.
How to clear configuration:
- Select the room.
- Click the kebab menu.
- Hover over and click Clear Configuration.
- Click Confirm.
Remote Learner Login
What it does:
Allows a Proctor to log in a student remotely if they forget their credentials.
- This option is only available before the exam state has passed participant login.
How to use Remote Learner Login:
- Select the room.
- Click the kebab menu.
- Click Remote Learner Login.
- Search for the user.
- Click Submit.
The room will turn light blue once the student is logged in remotely.
Advance Room
What it does:
Allows an Admin to manually move a room to the next exam flow state, bypassing user actions.
- This option is only available if a Course or Scenario is already assigned.
How to advance a room:
- Select the room.
- Click the kebab menu.
- Click Advance Room.
- Click Confirm.
What you’ll see:
- The PHASE column will update to Encounter or Post-Encounter.
- A countdown timer will appear in the TIME column.
Manually Start Recording
What it does:
Starts an ad-hoc recording session, regardless of where the participant is in the exam flow.
How to manually start recording:
- Select the room.
- Click the kebab menu.
- Click Manually Start Recording.
- Click Confirm.
Once started, this option will be grayed out, but you can still use Advance Room to progress the session.
