By taking a few small steps, you can reset your recording devices from inside your SimCapture Cloud Enterprise and Enterprise with Exam system organization.
Things to know before you begin
You must have the user role of System Administrator to perform this task.
Resetting recording devices

To reset your recording devices, log in to your SimCapture organization, click the gear icon next to your user name to enter the System Setup area, and take these steps.
- Click Recording Devices.
- Click the Kabab menu (3 dots).
- Click Restart.
Should you not have a System Administrator user available, you will have to physically power cycle the device to reset it.
