The Samaritan assisted evaluation builder allows you to quickly create evaluation checklists based on your existing scenario information or create evaluations from Scenario Attachments This tool is designed to save time and ensure consistency across your evaluations.

Before You Start

Here are a few important things to know before using the Samaritan Assisted Evaluation Builder:

Feature Availability

• The Samaritan Assisted Evaluation Builder is part of the broader Samaritan feature set.
• A System Admin must enable Samaritan features in System Settings before you can use them.

Where to Find It

• When creating a new evaluation within a scenario, you'll see the option to select Samaritan Assisted.
• Choosing this option will guide you through a few setup steps before generating your checklist.

What You'll Need to Provide

To generate your evaluation checklist, you'll be asked to configure the following:

• Content Source:
  • Scenario Overview
  • Scenario Learning Objectives
  • Both (recommended for detailed checklists)
• Scenario Attachment:
  • Generates checklist directly from questions and answers in the document.
  • Learn more about supported document types (link to document FAQ article)

Tip: The more detailed your scenario content, the more comprehensive your checklist will be.

Additional Configuration

• Automatically assign Question Categories
• Set the number of questions (Scenario Summary only)
• Choose Answer Choices and Point Values (Scenario Summary only)

Once configured, click Save. You'll be taken to the Evaluation Builder to review and edit your generated checklist.

After Setup

Once you've entered your inputs:

1. Select Save.
2. In a few moments, you'll be taken directly to the Evaluation Builder.
3. Review your generated checklist and make any edits or updates as needed.
