The Reporting Dashboard gives administrative users a centralized view of performance, trends, and platform usage across their SimCapture organization. It helps admins monitor learner outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and understand how courses and evaluations are being used over time.
Before You Begin
- The Reporting Dashboard is available only to administrative‑level users
- You must be logged into your SimCapture organization
- The dashboard provides insights into:
- Learner and course performance
- Evaluation and scoring trends
- Platform usage and engagement
Accessing the Reporting Dashboard
- Log into your SimCapture organization
- Select Reports from the global navigation
- The Reporting Dashboard opens, displaying three main sections:
Reporting Dashboard Sections
Performance
The Performance section provides a high‑level snapshot of how learners and courses are performing.
You can use this section to:
- Review completion and scoring trends
- Compare performance across courses or evaluations
- Identify courses or learners that may need follow‑up
Typical metrics include completion rates, scores, and evaluation outcomes.
Analysis
The Analysis section helps you explore patterns and trends across your organization.
Use this section to:
- Compare results across scenarios, evaluations, or groups
- Identify strengths, gaps, or inconsistencies in scoring
- Support data‑driven decisions for curriculum or evaluator improvements
Usage
The Usage section shows how SimCapture is being used across your organization.
This includes insights into:
- Login activity
- Frequency of platform usage
- Overall engagement across courses and users
These metrics can help support adoption tracking and operational planning.
Explore Detailed Reports
Select Performance , Analysis , or Usage to open detailed reports and interactive visualizations. Each section offers drill‑down views that help you better understand results and make informed administrative decisions.
